2. basic information on data processing

Visiting our website

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data from the computer system of the accessing computer. When using the website for purely informational purposes, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server. The following data is collected:

  • Date and time of access
  • Amount of data transferred in each case

Contact form and relocation form

You can use our contact form and form for reporting a move to send us an inquiry. In order to contact you or to organize and carry out the move, it is necessary to provide certain personal data. Further personal data can be provided to us voluntarily. Your data will be forwarded to us by e-mail via our provider and deleted immediately after we have responded, provided there are no statutory retention obligations. Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.

Newsletter

If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require a valid e-mail address from you. Further data can be provided voluntarily. The registration process is carried out by means of a so-called double opt-in: In order to prevent the misuse of e-mail addresses by third parties, a confirmation e-mail containing a confirmation link will be sent to you after you have entered your data in the form.
